Level 3 Artifact

This unusual weapon was favoured by some martial artists during the First Age for its light weight, ease of concealment, and potential for destruction when used correctly. Based on one of the simplest weapons in existence, the weighted rope, the Cord is a length of rope several feet long. Their most unusual feature was that they were made from the four common magical materials at the time, the cord being woven from threads of orichalcum, moonsilver and starmetal beaten exceedingly fine, and weighted at either end by a sphere of jade. This construction was time-consuming and costly, but it resulted in the finest rope weapon available at the time. at first glance, the Cord is simply a solid bar of dull braided metal 3-5 feet long with a jade sphere a several inches across woven into the ends. With the commital of essence, however, the rope loosened and became as flexible as any other, and the metals shine in the light. The main advantage of this weapon is that its composite makeup confers the benefits of all magical materials used in its construction, and that any Exalt can attune to it. Due to its nature, there is no hearthstone setting.

It costs 3 motes to attune to the Glorious Fighting Cord. Second stat bar reflects a clinch.
