The Glorious Architects of Equity knew well the ways in which cabals, conspiracies and courts could be shaped to their ends.
This Charm supplements a Social Attack made against a Magnitude 1+ Social unit. It may be used with any Ability, and may be Comboed freely with non-Bureaucracy Charms. If the attack is successful, the user may rewrite the Policy of the Social unit. The new Policy must be at least tangentially in line with the old one- a militia group may have their Policy changed from “Protect the homeland” to “Raid neighboring nations”, but could not be rewritten to “Prey upon our countrymen”. These changes can be reversed if the group sheds a point of Magnitude, as if it had been reduced to 0 Loyalty. If they do so, this Charm may not be used on them again for the next year. This Charm counts as an application of Unnatural Mental Influence.
