In the time since the Usurpation, Dragonblooded officers have found that it is necessary to train their own troops, instead of relying on the superior training charms of the Anathema. (This Charm has both the Training and Cooperative Keywords, but Lore 5 only allows 1 Keyword)
The Dragonblooded implementing this charm spends the motes and rolls Intelligence+War at a difficulty of 4 to implement a training plan. The soldiers so trained must train for 10 hours each week of the protocol under the direction of the Exalt. At the end of the protocol the unit will have a Drill of 3, and may raise 3 Abilities from among Archery, Melee, Martial Arts and War by 1 point each, 1 Attribute from among Strength, Dexterity and Stamina by 1 point, and Valor by 1 point. The maximum this charm may raise any trait to is 3. The protocol must be maintained to its completion for there to be any improvement in the trained unit. The maximum number of fangs that the Dragonblooded can train is equal to their Essence. If multiple Dragonblooded activate this charm together the maximum number of fangs each may train is equal to the Permanent Essence of the Dragonblooded with the highest War rating plus one for each additional participant. The most Dragonblooded who may activate this charm cooperativelly is equal to the Permanent Essence of the Dragonblooded with the highest War rating. Failure on the roll to activate this charm results in a training program with no benefits, though unless the roll is botched the problem can be noticed with a second Intelligence+War roll after the first week of training and the program can be ended early by removing the commitment. On a botch the problem is not noticed until the program has been completed. Those trained with this charm are put into xp debt as normal if they cannot pay the experience to increase the traits trained.
