Simple combat drill alone is not enough for training officers to fulfill their duty. Sometimes more specialized training is needed.
The Dragonblooded implementing this charm spends the motes and rolls Intelligence+War at a difficulty of 4 to implement a training plan. The soldiers so trained must train for 10 hours each week of the protocol under the direction of the Exalt. At the end of the training the officer candidates will add 1 point to 3 abilities from among Melee, War, Presence and Bureacracy, 1 point in 1 attribute from among Charisma, Dexterity and Wits, and 1 point in Valor. The maximum rating this charm may raise any trait to is 3, with the exception of Valor, which may be raised to 4. The maximum number of students that can be trained with this charm is equal to the Essence of the Dragonblooded implementing the charm. Failure on the roll to activate this charm results in a training program with no benefits, though unless the roll is botched the problem can be noticed with a second Intelligence+War roll after the first week of training and the program can be ended early by removing the commitment. On a botch the problem is not noticed until the program has been completed. Those trained with this charm are put into xp debt as normal if they cannot pay the experience to increase the traits trained.
