Sometimes lessons can only be learned through repetition, and the Timekeeper is a harsh teacher. The Sidereal must observe the target of this charm for a single day. After watching the events of the day unfold, the Sidereal must pick an event or multiple events (no more than three) which she thinks should have unfolded differently. She then must touch the target of the charm (no more than a brush of contact is necessary)and commit the 10 motes to activate the charm. From now on, the victim is locked into their own private loop of fate.
The victim wakes up the next morning, except… it isn’t. It’s yesterday morning all over again. The victim lives that day again continually, until either the Sidereal’s conditions are met or the essence is uncommitted. Nothing else, not even the death of the victim (And suicide attempts become increasingly common as time fails to wear on) will stop him from waking up the next day, and it being the same day.
Should the victim eventually free themselves from the loop, Creation will rearrange itself around the new outcome in the local area, in a similar manner to Avoidance Kata. No-one notices the victim’s absence in the meantime.
Note that this charm does not effect creatures outside Fate, beings with a higher essence rating than the Sidereal, or the Celestial Exalted.
The Hours keyword means only the Chosen of Hours, should any exist, may learn this charm without a teacher. Even other characters who have socialise as an auspicious or favoured ability may not do so. Also, there is a 1-mote surcharge on the use of any charm with the Hours keyword by anyone who is not a Chosen of Pluto. Should Pluto be fully healed, this keyword will no longer exist.
