Using this Charm, a Solar can peer through Elsewhere over short distances, bypassing walls and other visual barriers.
The character may look through a number of feet of solid matter equal to his Essence rating, via a “portal†3 feet in diameter, and visible only to him. If used to spy on others through walls and doors, the subjects will have no mundane way of detecting the espionage, though Charms such as Observer Awareness Method (Dragon Blooded 2E, p.166) or All-Encompassing Sorcerer’s Sight (Exalted 2E, p. 222) may be able to reveal the spy.
