The power of the mind healing the body is often a topic of argument. With this charm the fighter proves the naysayer wrong. The fighter takes up a meditative stance concentrating on healing bashing damage. Every ten minutes of meditation the fighter heal one level of bashing for up to his permanent essence rating. If the meditation is interrupted for some reason the concentration is broken and the charm is stopped and the weaver must wait until he has recovered his wits to regain the meditation. Roll Wits + Martial Arts at a difficulty of three every 5 minutes until an hour is up. After an hour reduce difficulty to 2. After an hour and a half it is assumed that you are relaxed unless involved in conflict. This charm was created to aid the fighter when 12 hours of rest is not available.
