The Solar Exalted are the rightful Lords of Creation. Though they would be so even if stripped to their rags, it befits the Lawgivers to be clad in the finest accouterments, that they may be recognized for the divinities that they are.
This Charm is used to supplement a Dramatic Action to craft an item- typically something portable, like a mantle, crown, scepter, or the like.
Any item created with the use of this Charm is automatically considered to be of fine quality. Also, any person with this item displayed on their person gains a bonus to Appearance equal to the lowest of: The item’s Resources value, the makers Essence, or the bearer’s Essence.
This Charm requires its Essence cost to remain committed for this effect to remain in place, although the item will always be fine quality. If this Charm is allowed to lapse, any person with this Charm may recommit 3 motes of Essence to reactivate its special effects.
