The Wyld Hunt at Sion had been humiliated by the theft of their archive of Lunar data, but Ryushi knew that his friend Tanuki could never be detected by their hunters. He was not so fortunate, but he knew that slaying the Hunt as they came for him would serve his own causes. When opposing the elemental Exalted, he decided to study the elements himself. He traveled to the Storm Plateau, using his grand daiklave until he could cut fast enough to cleave through a lightning bolt as it struck at the ground and still perform his weapon practice.
Electrical energy crackles along the length of the Solar’s weapon, endowing it with blinding speed. As his opponents gather around him, the Solar acts in whatever way he sees fit, and his weapon crackles with furious energy. Should any be foolish enough to contest him, the Lawgiver’s weapon will strike with nigh-invisible speed to block the attack and offer an immediate counter-blow.
The Solar receives his action as normal. Since this Combo is entirely Reflexive, he may activate any of the component Charms at any time.
The Solar receives a +1 to his weapon’s Accuracy and Rate until his next action, which can benefit any counterattack he makes. He suffers no DV penalty from any source. He may counterattack any opponent who makes an attack against him, and he may add attack or defense dice as he needs. He may perfectly parry any attack against him.
Activation Cost: 11m 1W, plus 1m/die to attack or defense, plus 4m/parry.
