Ever since the savage, unmarked years before humanity, the Dragon Kings have never had the patience for pedantic pontification or for tiring semantics; they are creatures of passion and honour, and their conflicts have ever been resolved through strength, charisma and enlightenment, rather than the ability to obfuscate undesired truths or to shift masses of paperwork. They instinctually understand that it is their own methods that have the favour of the Unconquered Sun.
With this power, a Dragon King may impress their audience with this simple and effective philosophy, compelling them to rethink their own methods and abandon other, more underhanded tactics.
This power is activated in conjunction with a Social Attack. If successful, it compels the target or targets to abandon any Manipulation-based means of Social attack or defence for the rest of the Scene and rely on their Charisma instead.
