Path: The Path of Rumbling Stone

The Dragon Kings who have studied the Path of Rumbling Stone can command the earth, but the earth is simple. It understands moving, striking, breaking; but little more. With this Power, a Dragon King can wed his intellect to his command of the Earth and shape it into a weapon.
As before, the character draws earth or stone (or white jade) from his surroundings and shapes it to his will. In this case, he produces a weapon; the weapon made can be any size or shape within the limits of the Power, compacting itself to form flint-like cutting edges or crushing weight.
The Dragon King has a number of points equal to his Path Level + Essence to distribute among the weapon’s characteristics; Accuracy, Damage, Defence and Rate all cost 1 point each (beginning at 0), while Speed costs 3 to reduce by one (beginning at 6). All such weapons are very heavy, requiring a minimum Strength of 4; Strength of the Mountain applies, however. All these attributes are decided when the weapon forms and cannot be changed without dropping the Power and re-invoking it. The user can also decide at that time whether the weapon causes lethal or bashing damage. At the end of the Scene, the weapon crumbles into fragments.
If the weapon is made from White Jade, it costs a dot of willpower in addition to the normal cost to form but gains the Jade Magical Materials bonus. Regardless of the weapon’s substance, it is infused with the Essence of Earth and deals Aggravated damage to beings of the Wyld.
